Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F. Place shrimp meat side up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for 8 – 10 minutes or until cooked.
BBQ: Pre-heat barbeque to medium-high. Place shrimp meat side up and cook for 6 – 8 minutes (3 – 4 minutes per side)turning once. Caution: BBQ may flare when you turn shrimp.
Grilling Machine: Preheat to high. Cook 2-3 minutes or until cooked.
Shrimp are cooked when meat is opaque white and shells are red. Since ovens and grills vary in temperature, these are guidelines only. Cook to an internal temperature of 79°C/174°F.
